From machine learning to martial arts, the consultant shares the learnings from her Re_Set journey so far, and the things that make her tick
I’ve lived and worked all over the world. I was born in Nice, and studied in Paris and Singapore, where I completed a Master’s in management at ESSEC Business School with a specialisation in Corporate Finance. I’ve completed five internships for companies including Ubisoft and Tesla – where I worked as a Data Analyst for the UK Supercharging network team. I first came to Re_Set in July 2020 as an intern, then returned in September 2021 to take up a full-time position.
I love travelling and extreme sports. In the past I’ve scaled the Gran Paradiso in Italy, climbed an active volcano in Indonesia, and tried my hand at surfing, snowboarding, and wakeboarding.
I chose Re_Set because I believe in the power of data to drive change. Having the opportunity to lead on the development of Re_Set’s data proposition and sell the benefits to our clients is amazing.
Working for a B Corp aligns with my own values. I can’t imagine spending a third of my life working without purpose, especially in today’s world. Being part of the B Corp community means I share something strong with my colleagues.

My at-work superpower is buoyancy. I’m often said I have a can-do attitude and believe nothing is impossible. On the other hand, my kryptonite is lack of sleep. I fear it would make my brain completely useless.
I’m proud of my recent work around the machine learning space. I led a deep dive on the topic for a venture capitalist client. I was able to include some Python code to optimise Re_Set’s process and get rid of manual tasks, which isn’t something we’ve done much of it before. It was a great way to add value to our delivery.
Clients should come to me if they need help with data. Did you know, on average, two thirds of data available to a company is unused and not leveraged? I want to help businesses unlock it and to find the value hiding there.
In 2022, I predict we’ll see more remote working and the end of fixed hours as we know them. I also think we’ll see a continued move to more sustainable business practices, with companies taking their CSR initiatives the extra mile.
If you want to get into consulting, it’s important to find your area of expertise. Consulting is an amazing school, and generalist enough to keep many doors open, but you’ll go further if you have a specific area that you particularly enjoy and where you can add value.
In a team meeting, I’ll be the one with the spreadsheets and a smile. I’m most efficient and motivated when I have a lot to do. I love a challenge!

Don’t get me started on food. This may be very French of me, but I love cooking, trying restaurants and recipes. I’m a fan of organising dinner parties, and I’m often the one in the kitchen, feeding my entire family when I go back home in France.
I’m reading a book about statistics – but it’s not boring at all. How Not to Be Wrong – The Power of Mathematical Thinking by Jordan Ellenbesg highlights how statistical methods and data can be applied to all kinds of social and economic questions. It explains why maths and statistics is necessary for understanding and handling everyday challenges.
I could probably beat you in a fight. I love exercise, especially Combat and boxing, and I also enjoy long walks and cycling. But I’m not always at the gym. I also love a night out with friends – going for drinks or to a club. Then the morning after, you might find me sewing. It’s been a passion of mine for years, and I have lots of dresses and skirts that I’ve made myself.
