DECEMBER 2021: Re_Set’s Director of Sustainability, Rick Benfield, recently appeared on a Quartz at Work panel discussing how to build social impact into your career.
The Quartz at Work workshop was designed to inspire attendees to start making small changes in their daily work, or give them more ideas about how to make a big change.
In conversation with the other panellists, Benfield said that changing an organisation from within is best done with others: “Social ‘intrapreneurs’, who work within their organisation to make changes, should be on the lookout for like-minded people and form collaborative groups to maximise their impact,” he said.
