As Head of Marketplaces at Mountain Warehouse he drove significant growth and launched the business in China. Most recently, Tim ran a disruptive price comparison website, bringing much needed transparency to the UK funeral market.
Alix has several year’s experience in management consulting, having worked on strategic projects for clients in the US, Brazil and Europe. More recently he has played a leading role in an online comparison website in the UK funeral sector. Alix is passionate about generating new ideas and working on new ventures.
Kevin joined Re_Set in May 2020 with 25 years of experience in business, where he has had the privilege of playing a part in the success stories of some of the UK’s strongest retail and financial services organisations. First, as a management consultant working at Accenture; second, in a number of varied senior management roles at Sainsbury's and Howden Joinery plc; third, as a Board member in the healthcare sector.
James is a highly experienced CMO and CEO with a successful career in leading transformational change. As Chair of Springwise he sits at the nexus of the disruption economy and leads on innovation strategy, intelligence and working with Boards and CEOs to create successful businesses of the future.
Private equity investor turned digital transformation champion and disruption specialist, Sophie founded the eNova partnership, Re_Set, Digital Bootcamps. She spent ten years in blue chip City institutions Goldman Sachs, Change Capital Partners and Hg Capital. Entrepreneur, investor, speaker.
Simon founded leading independent management consultancy CVL in 1998 and grew the business with his team by helping retail, media and telco companies maximise the commercial benefits presented by emerging digital technologies.
Selling the business to Engine Group in 2010 and merging with Digital Public to create Transform, Simon became CEO and Senior Partner responsible for group wide talent and business development.
Acting as an advisor, he now specialises in supporting ambitious professional services firms to maximise their potential.
Niyati has several years of experience in the education and the not-for-profit sectors. After leading the expansion of an education technology company in India, she has developed a strong understanding of emerging market economies and consumer behaviour. Her work with underserved and rural communities taught her the skills needed to create mutually beneficial and commercially viable solutions for both businesses and society. Niyati holds an MBA and a Master’s in Education Technology from the University of Oxford.
Holly plays a key role in Springwise’s daily editorial operation whilst also assisting Re_Set’s marketing team. She joined Re_Set after earning respective BA and MA English degrees at Jesus College, University of Cambridge and King’s College London. She is now pursuing a career in editing. Her past experiences include an internship at Pretel Publishing, where she shadowed the editorial, marketing and sales teams and helped organise two book launches. She was also the editor of Jesus College’s arts magazine whilst studying in Cambridge.
Piotr is passionate about innovation, the circular economy and Re_Set's Sustainability Champion. Before joining Re_Set, he was a Consultant at Capgemini Invent in Paris focusing on major transformation projects for industrial, technology and utilities clients. Piotr is an expert on the future of mobility and the innovative business models arising in the new mobility ecosystem. Prior to consulting, Piotr worked on resource efficiency, energy and climate policies for the European Commission and various start-ups. Piotr is constantly seeking to leverage new technologies to drive sustainable outcomes.
Simon has spent the last 20 years working with startups to help them launch and grow rapidly and with leading corporates to help them find innovative and profitable ways to grow. Simon began his career as a strategy management consultant with A.T. Kearney, and for the last 10 years, Simon has been providing very “hands-on” advisory services to startups and SMEs in Australia and the UK. He has worked with 70+ startups/SMEs over this period and corporates including PayPal, Unilever, and Australia Post.
Justin has been running the editorial operation of Springwise since April 2019 and plays a lead role in Re_Set’s marketing efforts. He has a deep editorial background in writing, editing, video production and audience development. Justin spent over 10 years as a leading digital editor and strategist at The New York Times, where he orchestrated digital news and social media strategy for the Sports and Travel departments. Before joining Re_Set, Justin spent three years as a digital media consultant and a contributing writer and editor for The New York Times.
